I have been waiting for phone call for over a week, I'm in a lot of pain, I phoned monday only to be told an email has been sent to the right department and should receive a call wed. No call wed so called back and the email was not sent and was promised I would get a call thurs no matter what. Well does not look like it, think they like to fob you off just to get you off the phone also like you to be in pain, I have not given up on my health what's the point.
