How come you cannot give a date for an appointment? Other hospitals have.

If I could have my treatment at the Alexandra Trust money would stay within the trust and, as a member of staff I could stop work to attend the appointment 10 minutes before and return to work afterwards.

Now I will have to take time off work to attend a Birmingham hospital.

I cannot wait for you to get your act together and watch my health deteriorate.
