The consultant I saw was plain rude and arrogant. No details given about the surgery I require on my spine and no explanation offered as to why I had earlier been advised I would require a different type of surgery. Waiting list for surgery is 50 weeks. An impossible length of time when in severe pain and having waited almost three years for a diagnosis meaning loss of job, loss of ability to walk and loss of hope.
