I very rarely go to hospital and i was going in for Xray & tests for my kidney & bladder. From the minute i walked into reception a member of staff approached me and guide me through the form procedure and guided me to Outpatients Zone 2. The nurses were brilliant and all the staff i came into contact with-so different to my Kent & Sussex hospital days. I was really impressed at how clean everything was and being kept clean like the toilets. Thank you for making my scary thought a pleasant experience-Keep up the excellent work
