(as a service user),

Dr Anderson was compassionate regarding my situation and took time to explain everything despite clearly being busy.

I feel she went out of her way to do everything that she could for me.

The TRAQS lady was polite and accommodated my needs regarding appointment time. I would have just liked a little more information regarding the choice of hospital for my referral as I was offered two choices and had no idea which one to choose other than by location.
