"The map provided was spot on"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was contacted about attending a different clinic, as the one I was referred to was moving. I was happy to take the appointment which also had directions as to its whereabouts. I was grateful for this, as it is an area I am not familiar with.

The map was spot on. The clinic was also easily accessible. The staff were friendly but professional and put you at ease. Everything was clearly explained, and any questions were answered in simple terms.

Ongoing treatment was clearly explained, and I came away completely at ease with the treatment I would be receiving.

Thank you for your comments.

You do not say whether it was TRAQS that supplied the map to you. However, we always try to ensure that when a patient is going to an appointment in an unfamiliar area, we always try to help and that may include enclosing directions with the appointment letter. I am pleased to note that your treatment pathway was explained fully and that you feel at ease at what can be a worrying time.

Thank you again for your feeback and we wish you well for the future
