What I liked
i had the unfortunate experience of having a heart attack some years ago i thought sandwell was great but outpatients app need to be looked at i live half mile from hostpital 4 bus stops away so why do i need to go to neptune centre in tipton a bit of thought please once i was 30 sec away from the end now if hospital closes and i have to go to smethick wot then and why is it being built so close to city when there is free land by hospital????????
What could be improved
parking less experienced nurses on out patients they could be used on wards. get rid of ward managers give wards back to nurseing staff. better meals yuk!!!!$*?.
