What I liked
The treatment and courtesy and indeed the waiting times are fantastic - this is in the orthopaedics department at Sandwell District Hospital
What could be improved
However your website is far from helpful. It would be good to have a list of the consultants and their specialisms - it's also a trail and a trial to find this website as opposed to the Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS trust - which seems to be all about City hospital.
