When I arrived at the QEQM I was told Iwas last on the list that day. Suddenly it was decided I would go downfirst. Despite the rush to get me admitted and ready for surgery, I was treated with the greatest respect. All the relevant checks were carried out and I was told exactly what would happen by everbody involved, including the anesthetist and by Mr. Slack himself. This level of care continued in the anesthetic room, the recovery room and the day surgery ward. I would appreciate it if my thanks for my treatment could be relayed to all the departments concerned.
Thanking you
"high level of care during day surgery procedure"
