I went in for a small op at the ENT in May 2013. From my arrival to leaving, everything was brilliant and exceeded any expectations I had. The staff were friendly, very caring and helpful. It was my first op so I was extremely nervous but I'd happily go through it all again! The food was actually nice, a good choice on the menu and I was woken up to a cup of tea and toast!
