Anything else?
Last Tuesday i slipped on yogurt and broke my arm. Once they finally sent for an ambulance (after an hour and a half) a paramedic arrived and was wonderfully reassuring, calm and efficient. In fact, from the moment I was in his care till leaving the hospital I had nothing but excellent care. The staff had the right balance of sympathy and efficiency. The nurse practitioner treated me as if I was the only person he needed to see that morning and was very reassuring. I was able to leave the clinic with the follow up appointment already sorted for just two days later. The consultant, when i met him, was able to explain my recovery and treatment and, once again, I did not feel hurried, rather felt in control.
"Thank you BRI"
