What I liked

Meals were excellent.

What could be improved

Cleanliness.....old swab under the bed I was given.

Water jugs could look cleaner and the water could be changed more often.

Really ill and old patients should be helped with meals and drinks. No wonder they go downhill.

Less social chatter at work station.

Really important is the lack of a early morning drink. By the time breakfast arrived, I had to choose cereals simply to get moisture (milk).
