I was referred by my GP via Choose and Book and given choices of Hospital for a Neurosurgery Consultation, I decided to go to Fulwood and how glad I was. I had to have Neurosurgery C5/6 Discectomy/fusion done. From my 1st outpatient appointment right the way through I have received nothing but the best service from this Hospital from the Consultant, Nursing staff, X-Ray, Mri scan, Catering and cleaning staff nothing was to much trouble. As an inpatient I had the best Nursing staff to look after me, after my operation I had an adverse affect to the anaesthetic and morphine and they really looked after me when I felt quite poorly and vunerable. I am now at home recovering nicely thanks to my Consultant, soon going back for a post operative assessment where I will have an x-ray and Consultant appointment, so the after care is very good as well. If you are wondering whether to use this Hospital for your treatment then I can only say that I have had a wonderful experience. Many thanks to you all Mrs S Ibbotson
