What I liked

The staff at the hospital are outstanding. They listen and explain what they are going to do. They give a feeling of confidence in their ability and you trust them. I always feel that they are genuine in their concern and their care is first rate.

The staff at this hospital are an excellent example as to how the NHS should be and other hospitals would do well to follow their approach.

Top rate. 5 stars.

As regards car parking, we are continually looking for ways to improve access to our hospitals ... and this is more than just about providing car parking. In order to make a positive contribution to the environment and the local neighbourhoods where our hospitals are based, we are currently developing a "green transport plan".
