Was quite nervous about having my first smear test, but the nurse who dealt with me was very friendly and put me right at ease. We were able to have a good discussion about risk factors and what the test actually looks for, and she didn't talk to me like I was an idiot :) In the end I felt so much better informed to make the decision to go ahead with it and she even managed to perform the test with minimal discomfort. Overall, very relieved and very pleased with the service.
