"I was admitted as a medical emergency ..."

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was admitted as a medical emergency and received treatment worthy of the private sector. The nursing and health care support staff were attentive and communicated well, whilst the doctors did their best to diagnose my problem and get me treated quickly.

And ever member of staff cleaned their hands before providing any care, which was wonderful in this time of infections.

What could be improved

There is lots of building going on right now which is causing some parking difficulties, but I was assured that these were short term ... maybe we should urge the council to look at public transport so that we don't all have to use cars all the time!
