I just wanted to drop a quick email with regards to the standard of care and the amazing work of one of your midwives yesterday. They were absolutely amazing, their strength and encouragement was second to none. I came in with my sister and husband (Natalie and Chris) at 16:35 and have been lucky enough to be present at the birth of all three of her children and whilst she has always had very good midwives I do believe that this one really stood out to me and needed to be congratulated. She was very calming yet strong and supportive and her patience was absolutely amazing. I know that she was just doing her job but some people do their jobs “well” whilst other “shine” and are a league above the rest. I do believe that you have one of those ones that shine and can proudly say that I am now an Auntie again to a wonderful healthy baby girl weighing 8lb 10.5 and I am very pleased that we had such a wonderful midwife to bring her into this world. Please pass on my gratitude and thanks to her as I will never forget her and her attentiveness as long as I live. Many thanks Donna
