They replaced a horrible badly fittted cast with a neat really comfy one. Dtr has been walking round all day saying I can t believe how much more comfortable this is now! Also gave us some reassuring feedback on the injury which we did not get when we were at the hospital we first went to. I would go to crow from choice every time and wish they had more facilities there.
