"I was treated quickly and efficiently; ..."

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was treated quickly and efficiently; with respect at all times. My stay was short.

What could be improved

I had no means of calling for help when I had my lumbar puncture, so vomiting was an unpleasant expereince. Auxiliary staff did not know I could not move so I could not eat my dinner. No one told me what was the matter with me and I was moved around the ward without being told what was happening. Please talk to semi concious patients,we can hear more than are aware. Please talk to each other too. Thak you for looking after me.
