"My sisters ongoing healthcare in ward 117"

My sister is receiving care on ward 117, she is still very ill but my wife and I travelled from west Wales in early July to see her.

First impressions of the hospital were that everyone was very helpful asking if we were alright and did we know where to go.

On arriving at ward we where asked who we had come to see, directed to my sisters room, asked if we like a cup of tea after such a long journey.

We visited my sister 2 days running and we have nothing but admiration for the hard and dedicated work the ward staff are carrying out.

Hopefully my sisters health will improve and I am sure that the staff cannot possibly help her anymore than they are doing.

We will be coming back to the hospital in a couple of weeks and would like to inform the management that this is without doubt the best hospital I have ever visited
