I just hope that the staff get to see this The SHO is brilliant, caring, considered and very effecient and helpful. Night duty staff were really good under some big pressures from some high dependancy beds, but nobody was left unattended as a result, well done for that. The day shift worked hard to ensure that everyone was ok all the time and really went the extra mile, the person doing the drinks was brilliant and handled all the 'off topic' questions that came her way. the porters were very professional under some severe undrstaffing issues. overall my stay (3days) was really well managed and i would like to thank everyone involved
