Anything else?
When driving home a few weeks ago (6th June) my car caught fire on Twickenham road. As I was attempting to deal with it, an ambulance pulled up in front of me (despite them not being called). They were extremely friendly and helped put out the small fire with their fire extinisher, and then proceded to deal with me in the ambulance. They also helped deal with the fire brigade and police when they arrived. I was then taken to West Middlesex hospital where my minor burns were treated, and told to come back again the next day to get the dressings changed as they said it would be unlikely for me to get a GP appointment at such short notice. Again, very polite and friendly staff. At no point did I feel that my treatment was being rushed, or that I was wasting their time. Waiting time was not to bad either, especially as it was a late Friday evening . I would just like to say thank you to all, and a big thank you to the Ambulance staff who attended me despite them not being called.
"Great ambulance and hospital staff"
