I recently attended the Aylesford Unit for an out patient appointment. The unit is bright, light and clean and beautifully laid out in a way that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and not as if you are in a waiting room. The unit was not crowded and it was evident that time had been spent designing an area that promoted privacy. The waiting time was minimal and when I was seen i felt that the team were all very friendly, proifessional and thorough. I have previously been treated in another Trust where the service was very different and am very glad that I have transferred my care to Warwick Hospital. Thank you
