All of the experiences my family have had at this hospital have been terrible. From the coldness of nursing staff towards us when a relative was on their death bed 7 years ago to having to wait for hours on end to have calls to General Enquiries and Eye Clinics answered...more than 30minutes per call and even then it still goes unanswered. It is absolutely appalling and unacceptable that it is impossible to get through to either. Paperwork which supposedly should have been sent across to GP Surgery so I can pick up my much needed prescriptions have been witheld and my sight could fail more as a result of floor-stomping receptionist not doing their best to ensure patient satisfaction. Several specialist doctors and other medical staff who have found it to be beyond belief keep leaving for hospitals in other regions where staff and patients work hand in hand to provide a service that everyone wishes was on our doorstep at Wycombe General! This hospital should be turned upside down and inside out by CQC Inspectors who find it acceptable that Paediatrics has been moved half across the county! Absolutely, ludicrous!
