What I liked

Mum was in hospital for 3 weeks and some of the nursing staff were kind and helpful.

What could be improved

Where do i start? Mum left laid in a bed for 3 weeks with tremendous stomach pains and unable to breath properly. Had to keep buzzing staff for pain relief cause they kept forgetting her. Because nobody bothered to help get her out of bed in the 3 weeks, when it came to her finally being discharged, she had to have physio to help her walk. Doctors shouting at the nurses in the corridors (very unprofessional). Ward was dirty. She was placed on a ward with patients suffering from the "sickness bug". Went to pick her up at 4pm as was told she could go home, then had to wait more than two hours for a doctor to sign her Warfrin Book otherwise she was unable to take any of this medication home with her. Many many improvements needed.
