"Staff were unable to see visibility of appointments"

All activities by the GP were above expectations, great service. When I discuss GP experiences with friends and colleagues, I realise how good the service at Sutton Hill is. Well done.

My expectation with TRAQS. I would be contacted with several hospital choices, and each one will have several potential appointment slots to discuss and select.

The contact with TRAQS on a one to one level meets expectations, the friendliness of staff and their treatment towards me was average for a call centre.

I was given one appointment time at one hospital and some time away. Two other hospital locations were given, but the TRAQS staff were unable to see visibility of appointments. In my view, this makes this service pointless.

To enable patient satisfaction TRAQS colleagues must have full visibility of all available appointments at several hospitals to have a meaningful discussion. For the father in law I contacted the hospital directly and had several choices and was able to make an appointment which suited our needs.
