"Appalling"

Shockingly bad service. 18 months in, 7 doctors and 1 consultant, and not one conclusive diagnosis from any of them. Diagnosis changes each time, mostly without closer examination, just seems to be based on how they're feeling that day. Appointments booked to see consultants when said consultants aren't in the clinic or are away on holiday. No communication about this. Total mismanagement - going private. Reception staff very friendly but I get the impression their hands are completely tied.
