Having received an appointment within 2 weeks of seeing my GP I was very optimistic. The staff are all very nice and professional both medical and administration. Unfortunately there seems to be no communication between the two. I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to find out where I am on the system and I am not on it! I have phoned 4 different numbers and nobody knows what has happened. I was told to expect a CT Scan appointment very soon but nobody has requested one even though I habded the paperwork in myself. Apparently the consultant or his secretary has not added me to the request list which they have to do electronically. Oh dear! I have to say I will continue my treatment a little less optimistically.
