What could be improved

Had a very good friend who died here this year due to staff nonchalance; negligence;inappropriate procedures and death could have been prevented. Though I cant get my friend back, I would be grateful if management could ensure that correct procedures are in place especially in pregnancy matters and staff are well-trained to offer appropriate services to patients so that hopefully future cases would not result in tragedies as in my case. This would also improve the hospital's reputation in the UK because having done a research involving individuals from all walks of life regarding the hospital's administration etc; the feedback I got hasnt been very good especially after narrating my experience(re:my friend's death)Thank You.
