What I liked
i hated every moment i was there
What could be improved
everything to be honest. i was taken by ambulance suffering with pilofrenitis (severe kidney infection) and left sitting in a corridor, sobbing in absolute agony. i was not acknowledged once by staff apart from when i asked for a bowl as i was going to be sick and the nurse tutted and threw one at me! it wasnt particurly busy? i ended up leaving after 45minutes and getting a taxi to southend hospital where my care was fantastic. i am disgraced by basildon hospital, ironically i had told the paramedics i did not want to be taken there because of its reputation and the fact that its filthy but he told me it would be fine and i would be looked after straight away!
i have no faith atall.
