After being at A & E twice in three weeks I have been so impressed with the patience, thoroughness and courtesy with which I have been treated. Subsequently, I have been seen by Consultants in both Ophthalmology and Endocrinology. I cannot fault either. At the Ophthalmology Clinic they were a doctor down which meant the other doctors had many extra patients. When this took longer than usual we were served coffee and tea by the nurses. All professionals remained calm dealing with difficulties patiently and efficiently. At the Endocrinology Clinic, the doctor listened intently then explained problems and decisions carefully and courteously. I could not ask for better treatment anywhere.
