My daughter had an appointment in ENT. We paid the rip off £4 parking charge only to have a very brief appointment with a doctor who asked a few basic questions ie was she allergic to anaesthetic, antibiotics etc and then informed us that we would have to go to Watford General to have some photographs taken (as it was required by law) and a new appointment would be sent when the photographs were received back to discuss the pros and cons of the operation. It is now over a month later and no sign of an appointment. I have been ringing the department secretary for the past week and have now left three messages on the voicemail asking for a call back. I am still waiting for that call. This is our first time we have used St Albans Hospital and so far not impressed at all.
