About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

We have just moved into the area after living abroad for many years. My husband was referred to a consultant for monitoring of a chronic condition, I. e. routine and not emergency.

The week after he had seen the GP we were contacted by TRAQS. What a brilliant service - they explained the hospitals we could choose from, waiting time for an appointment in each, distance from our house etc.

My husband had an appointment one week later. We're still in shock about how fast and efficient the service is!

Keep up the excellent work and thank you Gemma at TRAQS.

We are pleased that you found TRAQS so efficient and we were able to offer an appointment for your husband at a suitable hospital so quickly.
