What I liked
I had pneumonia and I was hospitalized for 3 days in 2006. The staffs, especially the nurses were more than brilliant. Very attentive to detail, always smiling and responding to your question. I was really impressed by their very hard work and commitment.
What could be improved
I believe than in emergency reception area it is room for improvement in the staff openness and compassion to the clients.
