I had cause to be taken to your Emergency Department after feeling unwell at The Pizza Cafe Bar at the Roman Catholic Cathedral yesterday. I would like to congratulate you on the very efficient and professional care I received. The nurses, ancillary staff and especially the young lady doctor who looked after me were all extremely kind and treated me with the utmost dignity. The friend I had with me was also most impressed and would endorse my comments. You were all a great credit to the NHS especially in today's challenging conditions. With grateful thanks Liz White
