What I liked
The porter in A & E was really nice to us and got my
Dad a cover and pillow as he had been waiting a long
time
What could be improved
My Dad was in the William Harvey Ward. We kept asking question about his treatment and had to report the Ward as we felt it was not following procedures.
I hope no one else goes through what my Dad went through.
