I was refered to a consultant at Southmead for problems with my inner ear. The consultant requested that I have a MRI scan to the inner ear and brain. This was over a month ago, my GP told me to chase Southmead so I did, to be told that Southmead no longer do scans for the ENT. Nobody told me and nothing was being done to organise elsewear. After chasing BRI and speaking to the Consultants sectretary I was told it would be sorted. I have been sent all around the place via telephone and still have no appointment for the MRI. I am now feeling very poorly and I stated this the last time I phoned. I am so frustrated that something could be seriously wrong and this scan will shed light on what is going on.
