Anything else?
After being referred to the JR trauma unit from Witney Community hospital witha suspected broken scaphoid, I had xrays to see if this was the case ( bear in mind I am in a fair amount of pain!) I had my wrist turned to painful angles, which is understandable to get clear images, so then in more pain l! I was told they couldnt see the bones well enough to establish if broken id need an MRI fine I thought until I found I had to wait 6 days! And now I have had it (yesterday) and been told to contact trauma for results today, I am told I have to wait another week!! Great as I was told my trauma doctor that if broken scaphoids are not dealt with early it can cause long term issues and due to my type of work if this is the case I could have to leave my job!!! All I want to know is broken or not broken?!?
"not impressed!"
