I don't have a problem with how long I waited as you expect delays in this department however I am disgusted with the attitude and treatment from one of your staff members! I appreciate it's not the nicest shift to work late and night into the early hours of the morning however we don't want to be there either, were only there as we feel the issue we have can not wait to see a doctor te following day. A little respect wouldn't go a miss, manners are something your born with and should be used regardless! This particular nurse I believe was rude, disrespectful and extremly unprofessional in my eyes, and I feel she didn't care!
