What could be improved
A & E facilities - When my wife suffered a stroke in December we were taken to the A & E department and were shocked to find and almost complete absence of wheel chairs. She was unable to walk and in the end had to be taken in for clinical assessment on a trolley, when one was free. This caused a quite unacceptable delay in her receiving treatment.
