"Safe guarding issues could start to arise"

I have been living in supported living for 13 years, although the care is really good quality, consistency and continuity are starting to die out. The staff we have got are being told that they will have to go and work on other sites. I worry about the people (that live where I live and receive the same people) that don't have a voice and therefore can't say they want this.

Although people from other sites are being inducted and introduced to people. they might only be with us a few weeks so they might get the chance to get to know us. this could lead to safe guarding issues.
