Contact TRAQS - appointment not until quite some time. Explained unsatisfactory as problem is worsening weekly.
Staff members not helpful at all - manner as miserable as sin! Asked to speak to consultant secretary - told I was speaking to her.
Following contacting GP who referred me to another, received a letter confirming referral made.
Also, attached was an appointment for another patient and the type of clinic. Confidentiality?
Have contacted TRAQS and shredded info.
Not impressive.
