(as the patient),

I can't thank Mr Garner and his team enough for the care I received for my bowel cancer treatment.

I was kept fully informed all through, from diagnoses to operation. Plus the care I received at home was superb.

I am very happy to say early and prompt treatment has given me the all clear, and now with regular checks I can get on with my life. I was worried about having a stoma fitted, Diane's care team got my through, now its a way of life, been on holiday swimming and sunning as normal with no problems.

Thanks to Diane and her team for your care and patience. A great big thank you to you all.
