"My wifes recent 6 day stay in Grantham Hospital"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a relative),

My wife was taken to Grantham Hospital with a chest infection which brought on asthma. She was taken in to the Emergency Acceptance Ward and then onto Ward 2.

Throughout her stay the staff in all departments were brilliant. As an Asthma sufferer all her life my wife has experienced a variety of hospitals due to the nature of my employment. Grantham is the best hospital we have had cause to use.

The time, patience and treatment my wife received was second to none. The hospital is clean and bright as are the staff. My wife was also very pleased with standard of the food and only had praise for the quality and variety of the menu.

When I visited I could not help but notice how cheerful and polite all the staff were, cleaners, nurses, doctors and all contributing staff are to be commended.

Dear 'paintone' - thank you for leaving us your feedback - it is really appreciated and I know the teams on EAU and Ward 2 will be as pleased as I was to read it. I hope your wife is doing well now and with the greatest respect I hope she doesnt need to visit us again for quite some time! Thank you again.
