The staff where friendly and welcoming, quickly put myself and my partner at ease on arrival. The nurses I found exceptionally kind and helpful, the kept us informed every step of the way. Last night my one year old daughter was feverish and upset, she was disorientated and mistook the night nurse for me, the nurse picked her up and held her rocking her and kissing her head, allowing me to fall asleep knowing she was safe. It was one of the kindest things I have ever witnessed. you could tell the nurse really cared and thats worth more than any nice words. Thank you x
