My elderly Mother had to wear a heart monitor for 7 days, not comfortable for her, waited 3 months for results, they had lost them.............., same procedure again, been waiting for results from January, now July, rang no one has got back to us, just spent time on phone again, waiting for someone to transfer me, gone to answer phone, totally appalled, This has to be taken further, if anything happens to my Mother, that could of been altered, I shall take this to the top, how many others is this happening to !
