What I liked

In this day of complaining and knocking of the NHS I have to commend one of the staff at Colchester General.

Yesterday I was unfortunate enough to have to visit to quick access chest-pain clinic for a tread mill assessment @ 09:15.

Through recent happenings to my family who were unfortunate to be admitted to C.G.H. I was very apprehensive with the prospect of returning into Colchester General with a total disheartened view of the nursing staff at the site.

Yesterday it was my pleasure to be treated by a member of your staff that I believe the NHS and nursing is all about and restored my faith in the profession.

I would like to take this opportunity not only to pass on my thanks to her but to nominate an individual that requires to be recognised as an asset to the nursing profession and others to be taught by her example.
