What I liked

I was admitted to Dedham ward after a Heart attack i was very worried and concerned from the word go i found the staff supportive and very helpfull,helping with my needs very well, did not have to wait for long for assistance and was treated with respect at all times was concerned as there was a lot of doctors on the ward but was explained ad dedham being a ccu ward was normal as other poeple in other wards were moaning that there was not many doctors to be seen

i remained for 9 days having an angiogram while as i was tthere ,before be transfered to basildon i can only say what i got was an excellant service.

What could be improved

not much as i could see to improve i suppose seeing staff smoking when one has had to give up is not to nice as i arrived in a&e department was told by nurses not to go out and smoke fair enough but then to see that same nurse go for a smoke break put my back up talk about setting a good example.
