Anything else?
I visited the dental hospital on the 29th June with severe toothache after struggling without success to find a NHS dentist to register with. I would recommend that if you need to use their emergency service like I did, you get there as early before opening at 8.30 as you can.I was there at 7.30 am to queue for a ticket. They can only see a limited number of people per day and the day I was there they saw a total of 10 walk in patients before cut off . I was there for 3 hours in total but felt the service was well organised and efficient. All areas were spotless and all of the staff I encountered were professional and courteous. The dentist I saw was quick and efficient and both the x-ray technician and the dentist explained to me in very clear terms what was was going to happen. The only thing I would have prefered was that the door to the consultation room was fully closed when the dentist was fixing my teeth-I'm shy like that !Other than that I was really impressed with the service .
