(as the patient),

I have just had my implanon removed at Dewsbury Contraceptive & Sexual Health Clinic... I was very worried about it as I hate needles and blood (especially my own). The nurse was fantastic - she talked to me the entire time which was a great distraction. It was in her words, a particularly tricky one to remove. Yet I didn't feel as though it had been difficult to do. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to have an implanon fitted / removed.
